Associate Consultants are responsible for the technical account management of their assigned clients - typically smaller clients. They are tasked with efficiently managing day-to-day IT, developing technology budgets, and spearheading strategic IT planning. In addition, they coordinate with the Service Desk to resolve break/fix issues at their clients as needed.
