Xantrion Conversational SMS – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of Xantrion Conversational SMS (the “Service”). By opting in, you (“User”) agree to these Terms.

  1. Service Description

Xantrion Conversational SMS enables one‑to‑one text messaging between a Xantrion employee and their assigned customer, vendor, or business partner. Typical messages include:

  • Service‑ticket status updates
  • Scheduling and appointment reminders
  • Urgent operational notices or follow‑ups

No marketing, promotional campaigns, or automated bulk messaging is sent via this Service.

  1. How to OptIn

You may join the Service in either of two verifiable ways:

  1. Text‑Initiated Opt‑In: Send YES to the Xantrion employeeʼs direct phone number.
  1. Recorded Consent: Provide verbal or written consent (e.g., email reply “Yes, you may text me”) that is logged in our ticketing system.
  1. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on active interactions and typically remains under 10 SMS per week per User. You will only receive messages pertinent to your relationship with Xantrion.

  1. Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Xantrion does not charge additional fees for the Service.

  1. Help

Reply HELP at any time to receive an automated message containing these Terms and contact information.

  1. Opt‑Out

Reply STOP at any time to cease all SMS from the Service. Upon receipt of your STOP request, Xantrion will send a one‑time confirmation and no further texts will be delivered to that phone number unless you subsequently re‑opt‑in.
