We recommend USB or Ethernet based printer connections rather than WiFi to improve the reliability of printing.
Some notes on headsets:
- They are a very personal choice.
- Look for headsets that are UC certified because they typically work with Teams, Zooms, etc.
- We don’t recommend listening to music with the same Bluetooth headset you use with collaboration tools. Once you make a call, the audio doesn’t transition back to a higher fidelity and the music quality degrades.
- We typically recommend USB headsets instead of Bluetooth because they tend to be more reliable and able to hold a sufficient charge for use throughout the business day.
