Presenter Biographies

Christian Kelly, CISSP, is Chief Technology Officer at Xantrion, where he oversees engineering, security, and compliance teams. With more than 22 years of experience, he helped develop Xantrion’s Managed Security program and continues to guide the evaluation of emerging technologies for the firm and its clients. Christian ensures the availability and protection of client systems while driving conformance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Larry Piazza

Larry Piazza, SHRM-SCP, is Chief Operating Officer and Chief People Officer at Lewis & Llewellyn LLP. In this dual role, he oversees operations, finance, human resources, IT, and risk management, driving efficiency and innovation across the firm. With deep expertise in labor and employment law, policy development, and organizational leadership, Larry is recognized for fostering collaboration and guiding firms through change. He previously served as COO at Hirschfeld Kraemer LLP and held leadership roles at Robert Half Legal and Pahl & McCay. Larry earned a B.A. in Political Science from San Jose State University.
