Xantrion Inc., a top 100 worldwide provider of IT services for midsized companies in the San Francisco Bay Area, announced that Stephen Ferrero was recently promoted to Security and Compliance Architect and will take on the duties effective immediately. Stephen will be responsible for providing senior level support for security and compliance engagements and working with Xantrion’s CTO to refine and update Xantrion’s Managed Security Service.
Stephen has worked within the company for the last six years starting out as an Associate Consultant and moving quickly through the ranks.

Stephen brings 12 years of IT experience to his new position. Before coming to work at Xantrion, Stephen was a Network Administrator at ProvideNet IT. He graduated with a degree in Network Design and Management from Western Governors University. He also achieved his Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator (MCITP:EA) certifications.
