As COO, Tom draws on his technical and management expertise to ensure customers receive unparalleled service. Before co-founding Xantrion, Tom worked as a consultant for McKinsey and Co and then as Director of Consulting for a San Francisco-area IT consulting firm. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
