Lindsay Mahley is Xantrion’s Director of Client Service, leading our Service Desk and Dispatch teams to deliver a reliable, high-quality client experience. Drawing on nearly a decade in MSP operations, she focuses on building strong teams, improving day-to-day service delivery, and making support feel efficient and genuinely supportive. Since joining Xantrion in 2017 as a Dispatcher, Lindsay has advanced through roles with increasing responsibility across service operations and leadership. That hands-on path gives her a practical, end-to-end understanding of how great service delivery works at every level, and a deep commitment to developing people and strengthening the systems that help clients succeed.
