A gasoline station services company, upgraded from Windows NT to Small Business Server 2000.After the upgrade, they started having intermittent problems. Some people couldn’t send certain size files or be added to the network. Their backup and anti virus programs weren't working properly either. The final straw was a spammer taking over their email servers to send junk email.

Xantrion restored their email system to them in a few hours. We also got the rest of their systems working in several more.

Since that first visit, Xantrion has consulted on various projects for them. For example, they needed to allow employees in their branch offices to view and print work orders as well as enter time and expense information into their billing system. This information is kept at the main office. They considered overhauling their proprietary information system to allow for access at their branch locations. Xantrion suggested they try an alternative solution using built-in features of the Windows system they already owned. The suggestion worked with minimal changes to their proprietary software and at relatively very low expense compared to the massive reprogramming effort that would otherwise have been required.
