Founders

Xantrion was founded by Anne Bisagno and Tom Snyder with one simple philosophy: to provide the highest possible level of service and professionalism in I.T. outsourcing to small and medium sized businesses throughout the bay area. Headquartered in Oakland, California, Xantrion has built a team around the brightest and most responsible technology professionals in the region.

Anne Bisagno is the co-founder and president of Xantrion. Her background includes marketing, operations and technology and a track record of managing marketing and business programs from conception to results. She was a product manager for Digital Impact, a business planning consultant for AAA and a marketing program manager and programmer for Chevron. She has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.

Tom Snyder is the co-founder and COO of Xantrion. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Associate. He designs computer solutions and serves as an IT department "turnaround" specialist. Tom also manages Xantrion’s consulting team.
