is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist with over 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and monitoring I.T infrastructures. Prior to joining Xantrion, Gabriel was the Senior Information Services Advisor for a financial technology firm in San Francisco.
Derrick Aquino, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator with 10 years of experience. Prior to joining Xantrion, Derrick was an independent network consultant and a network engineer for LAN Service Group. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems from BYU – Hawaii.
Catherine Bissett, Director of Operations
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and a Cisco Certified Network Associate with over 8 years of experience in Windows based computer networking. Prior to joining Xantrion, Catherine was a Lead System Engineer for an ISP/IT consulting firm in Toronto, Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Administration from Lakehead University and a post-graduate certificate in Telecommunications Management from Sheridan College.
Sean Cameron, Sr. Help Desk Technician
comes to Xantrion with three years of IT experience. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, he decided to expand his IT horizons from students and faculty to businesses in the Bay Area. Sean holds a B.A. in Computational Linguistics, where he helped develop a translation engine that employed the same statistical models as seen in Google Translate.
Patrick Carpenter, NOC Specialist
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and Cisco Certified Network Associate with over 10 years of experience providing systems administration and network engineering for small businesses. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Saint Mary’s College of California.
Kevin Danielson, Jr. Help Desk Technician
is a recent graduate of UC Santa Cruz, where he earned a B.S in Information Systems Management. Prior to joining Xantrion, Kevin interned at a hospitality interior design business in Santa Monica. He also worked as an assistant manager at a kitchen cutlery corporation.
Robert Drury, Senior Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and Citrix Certified Administrator with over 12 years of experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows and Novell based computer networks. He has expertise with network monitoring systems and security. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was the Network Engineering manager for a large Bay Area bank. He holds a B.S. in Business Management, Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Danny Eckes, Help Desk Technician
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist and graduate of Cal State University, Fresno. He holds a B.S in Business Administration. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was a restaurant manager and worked for Geek Squad for four years.
Stephen Ferrero, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 7 years of experience designing, installing and managing business networks. Specializing in the Financial, High-Tech and Non-Profit industries, Stephen enjoys aligning information systems to support business objectives. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was the Service Team Manager for an IT consulting company in San Jose.
David French, NOC Specialist
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and Database Administrator. He has over 11 years of experience programming databases as well as installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Windows based computer networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, David was an I.T. consultant and in house I.T. lead for a number of companies in a variety of industries both In Ontario, Canada and in the Bay Area. He holds a B.A. in Music from Wilfrid Laurier University.
James Herndon, Sr. Help Desk Technician
is a recent graduate of Cal State University, Fresno where he earned a B.A in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was the department lead at a supermarket chain where he worked for almost seven years.
Nick Hensley, Director of Operations
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and has over 6 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based networks. His focus has been working with financial services companies. He has expertise in document management and accounting firm software. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from Santa Clara University.
Christian Kelly, Director of Operations
is a Microsoft Certified Systems Security Engineer and Cisco Certified Network Professional with over 14 years of experience designing, maintaining and troubleshooting network systems and messaging solutions. Prior to joining Xantrion, Christian was the IT infrastructure manager and senior systems engineer for an international non-profit organization. His expertise includes network design, server virtualization, disaster recovery planning, security assessments and deployments.
Kevin Krotzer, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist and graduate of the University of Washington. He holds a B.A. in Economics. While in school, Kevin worked with the Seattle Public School District as a Network Administrator for an urban K-12 school. In addition to his duties in the school district, he has also provided network support for several small businesses in the Seattle area.
Diana Lara, Executive Assistant
has 5 years of administrative experience. Prior to Xantrion, Diana was the Assistant to the VP of Operations at Schuff Steel in Oakland. She holds a B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
Ben Ludwig, Senior Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and VMware Certified Professional with over 15 years experience consulting and working as an IT manager. He has worked in Microsoft, Novell and mainframe environments. He has experience with Fortune 500 companies, such as Wells Fargo, and with rapidly growing organizations, performing projects ranging from server virtualization to automated software rollouts. He has a B.A. from the University of Oregon.
Michael Lumsden, Service Manager
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist. He has 4 years of IT experience working in industrial and manufacturing environments. He is skilled at troubleshooting and maintaining Windows based networks. Michael has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems.
Adam Martin, Associate Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He has 6 years of IT experience in the finance industry. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was an IT Manager for a start-up, One Financial Network, a Trade Floor Support Engineer for Thomas Weisel Partners and a Senior LAN Analyst for E*Trade. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from UCSB.
James McCarthy, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 10 years of experience supporting small and medium sized businesses. James has in depth knowledge of Windows and Apple based systems. Prior to joining Xantrion, he worked for Z7 Networks and was the lead consultant for numerous companies in the Pacific Northwest. He is currently finishing his Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management.
Austin Ngau, Associate Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist. He has 5 years of IT experience working as a computer support professional at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Austin is also trilingual in English, Chaozhou, and Mandarin, and in his spare time, he helps manage a successful restaurant. He holds a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
Darren Nyberg, Service Manager
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist and graduated from U.C. Davis, with a B.S. in Managerial Economics and a concentration in Computer Science. While attending college, Darren worked for 3 years as an Assistant Systems Administrator for all four of the UC Davis libraries.
Sean O’Brien, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and came to Xantrion after 10 years of IT work in the Education and Entertainment industries. After 7 years of working at a private Digital Arts College and helping the school to grow by over 400%, he decided to move on to IT Consulting. He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Cal State at Humboldt.
Mike Peth, Associate Consultant
has 4 years of IT experience. Prior to joining Xantrion, he worked at a Fortune 100 company implementing and supporting customer facing applications. In college, he worked in Microcomputer Services providing technical assistance to the entire campus community. He holds a BS in Economics from the University of Oregon.
Zachary Rattay, Senior Consultant
is a VMware Certified Professional with over 7 years of experience in Windows based system administration. Prior to joining Xantrion, Zach was the U.S email and disaster recovery administrator for Alitalia Airlines. Prior to working at Alitalia he was the I.T. Systems Manager for Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners, a mid-sized advertising firm, and as a systems administrator for Bain and Company. Zach holds a B.S. in English Literature from the University of San Francisco.
Graham Roggli, Help Desk Technician
graduated from UC Davis with a B.A in Political Science. Prior to joining Xantrion, he worked as a network administrator for a large non-profit in Oakland. He also has seven years of experience working as a lead technician at a computing company in Davis where he provided technical support.
Bill Sambrone, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Server Administrator. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was the store manager for a retail business and product manager in the computer hardware industry. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
Royden San Luis, Purchasing Agent
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist and graduate of San Francisco State University. He holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Information Systems. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was the assistant manager for a retail business.
Marlon Sanchez, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator with over 8 years of experience implementing and maintaining Windows based networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, Marlon was an IT Manager at an architectural firm and a Network and Security Administrator at an international mining company. He holds a BS in Computer Information Systems and a MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Jared Sanders, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator with over 3 years of experience at Xantrion. He has a B.A. from Oregon State University with a concentration in Management Information Systems. While in school, Jared was the manager of both the Software and Interoperability product testing labs at the Business Solutions Group in Corvallis, OR.
Yuriy Shevtsov, Associate Consultant
has 8 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, he was an I.T. Consultant to several small businesses. He has a B.A. with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the California State University of Sacramento.
Brian Taylor, Senior Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and VMware Certified Professional with 10 years experience installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based computer networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, Brian was a Network Consultant for Sierra Data Systems and a support specialist for Random House in Sacramento. He holds a B.S. in Business with a concentration in Information Systems from Cal State Sacramento.
Paul Towne, Dispatcher
has 10 years of experience in the telecommunications and wireless industries. Prior to joining Xantrion, Paul worked as a field technician and a network operations analyst, where he provided technical support and was the liaison between customers and vendors.
Dave Traube, Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator and has 10 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based networks. Prior to joining Xantrion, he supported the I.T. infrastructure for a transportation and logistics provider. He has a Bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
Marty Tuttle, Help Desk Technician
has always had a natural talent for fixing things. His first technical repair was at the age of eight when he fixed his grandmother’s clock radio. Since then, his troubleshooting skills have addressed everything from software programming to counseling college students. Most recently Marty was a technician with Clickaway Inc, providing small office/home office computer, network and website consulting, installation and maintenance services. Marty has a BA in Philosophy from UC Berkeley.
John Warno, Consultant
comes to Xantrion with over 8 years of IT experience in the Education, Manufacturing, Services, and Technology industries. He has a track record of supporting diverse technology environments and high growth companies. He also has experience developing Rich Internet Applications. John graduated with a B.F.A in Computer Animation from the Academy of Art University.
Mark Wei, Senior Consultant
is a Cisco Certified Networking Professional and Microsoft Certified Enterprise Administrator with over 7 years of I.T. consulting experience. His experience ranges from network engineering to system administration. Prior to joining Xantrion, Mark served as the I.T. Manager for Palo Alto Unified School District. Mark has a degree in Computer Science from the Temasek Polytechnic College in Singapore.
Jack Wolfe, Help Desk Technician
is a recent graduate of UC Santa Cruz, where he worked at the Help Desk for Faculty Members and Teachers. Prior to working at the university, Jack was an Intern at Xantrion. He holds a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz.
Tyler Woods, Associate Consultant
is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist with 7 years of experience. He is completing his B.A. in Computer Information Systems at Devry University. He is also fully bilingual after studying at the Universidad Catolica Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
